This work is collaborative, free of pressure, and rooted in choice, communication, and emotional safety. There is never any obligation to book, commit, or share more than you’re comfortable with. We move at your pace, always.
Step One: Explore the Site
Take your time exploring my offerings, philosophy, and approach. If something resonates with you, click the “Book a Consult” button or head to the Contact page if you have questions before scheduling.
Step Two: Schedule Your Free Consultation
All discovery calls are free, Zoom-friendly, and designed to help us get a feel for one another. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email and reminder through my scheduling system.
This consultation is a chance for us to explore what’s bringing you here, what support you’re seeking, and whether we feel aligned to work together. My goal is for you to leave the conversation feeling more informed, grounded, and supported. Regardless of whether you choose to move forward with coaching.
If I believe another practitioner would better support your needs, I’m also happy to provide referrals to trusted Somatica® coaches, sex therapists, or surrogates.
Step Three: Begin Your Coaching Journey
If we decide to move forward together, I’ll send over a coaching agreement through Docusign to support a clear and intentional onboarding process.
From there, you’ll choose the option that best fits your needs — whether that’s individual sessions, a package, or an ongoing subscription.
Step Four: Move at Your Own Pace
Together, we’ll begin building deeper intimacy, self-awareness, emotional resilience, embodiment, and more fulfilling relationships in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and sustainable for you.
Our sessions may include conversation-based coaching, emotional processing, communication exercises, embodiment practices, boundary and trigger mapping, breathwork, mindfulness, guided experiential exercises, or playful Somatica® tools designed to help you reconnect with your body, desires, confidence, and relational patterns in real time.
Some sessions may feel reflective and grounding. Others may feel vulnerable, expansive, challenging, affirming, sensual, or deeply eye-opening. Every session is tailored to your comfort level, goals, and capacity.
Consent, collaboration, and choice remain central throughout the entire process. We move at your pace, always.
There is no “perfect” way to do this work. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.
